More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the current oversight process.
